Max and Marcy

Max: I feel like the wise son, asking all those questions, but it sure made me hungry. Marcy: Me too. Right now I could eat a horse. Max: I could even eat maror. Marcy: Soon you’ll have a chance. First we have to eat matza, though. Max: What if I make myself a little matza and maror sandwich? Marcy: That’s a good idea, but someone thought about it before you. We’ll all eat matza and maror sandwiches in a little while to remember a rabbi named Hillel. He used to make a sandwich of matza, maror, and the meat of the Korban Pesach two thousand years ago. Max: Very interesting, now can I have one of those sandwiches? I’m starving. And do you have anything to eat after the matza and maror? Marcy: We have a whole meal. And guess what we have for dessert. Max: Matza? |
