Max and Marcy

Max: Marcy, I think I finally understand all this Pesach stuff. Marcy: What do you mean? Max: I know what a slave is. My parents decided to celebrate Pesach for the first time. Last night I had to clean my room, and now I have to set the table for the seder. Marcy: I know what you mean. I had to polish all the silverware, yuck! My mother said, though, that I can set up the seder plate after that. Max: You know how to do that? Can you help us with it? Marcy: Sorry, I won’t have time today, but if you check at the bottom of the page there’s a picture with all the seder foods: maror, karpas, haroset, z’ro’a, and an egg. Max: And matza. Marcy: That goes underneath the seder plate. Max: Thanks. Uh oh, I have to run. I hear my mother calling me again. Marcy: Just remember, tonight we’ll be free again. |
