Max and Marcy
Marcy: Max, why are you lying under your bed?
Max: I’m cleaning my room for Pesach. This is where I keep my best stuff.
Marcy: Like this turkey feather?
Max: Eagle feather.
Marcy: And this candle?
Max: For reading in bed after lights out. My flashlight is broken.
Marcy: This bag?
Max: That’s where I keep my extra-special stuff. Hmm, it’s empty.
Marcy: You know what all these things are, don’t you?
Max: Priceless treasures, fit for the Max Museum.
Marcy: No, the feather and candle. They’re exactly what you need to look for hametz in the house. They’re what we use for Bedikat hametz. Then we put the hametz in a bag and burn it in the morning.
Max: You see, I told my mother I needed all this stuff.
